1. Why would this benefit my child? 
This program is designed to build confidence, enhance motor skills, and promote physical fitness. Learning to ride a bike is a fundamental skill that fosters independence and encourages outdoor activity—skills your child will use for years to come.


2. What are the key elements that my child will learn in this program?
Your child will learn essential biking skills such as balance, steering, and braking. Each session is designed to progressively develop these abilities, leading to greater control and confidence on a bicycle. Additionally, we integrate games and activities that focus on streets signs to make learning fun and engaging.


3. Why can I not choose the time session? 
Children are placed in the session based on their school program to ensure that everyone can participate. If your child’s school program ends at noon 12pm, then your child participates in the 12:15pm session on Fridays only. If your child’s school program ends at 3:00pm, then your child participates in the 3:00pm session on Wednesday's, Thursday's and Friday's If your child’s school program is extended, then your child participates in the 3:45pm session. This scheduling approach allows us to accommodate all children effectively based on their school commitments.


4. Can I choose the day of the session?
As we offer our sessions on different days of the week on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Yes, you may choose the day. However, switching the days of the session may not be possible, pending the ability of openings. Since we have a maximum number of kids per class. We intentionally keep our class sized small. This allows us to provide more personalized attention and ensure that each child progresses at a comfortable pace. Ensuring that every child receives the guidance and support they need to succeed. Smaller groups also create a more comfortable and engaging learning environment, where children can feel confident and safe as they develop their skills.

5. Why is there a registration fee? 
The one-time registration fee of $60 covers insurance, equipment, service,
maintenance and school ground use.


6. What is my monthly payment?
Our program has a fixed monthly fee of $60, due on the first of each month.
Latest by the 7th.


7. What happens if the program doesn’t run for 4 weeks?
Our enrichment program typically runs for 4 weeks, but the duration may vary
depending on the school’s approval and scheduling, which are factors beyond our control.


8. Is there a makeup class due to inclement weather?
In the event of a weather delay or sickness of a child, refunds will not be granted for the particular class.


9. What happens if my child is sick?
In the event of an absence of a child, we can’t guarantee a makeup class, but we
try our best to make those accommodations.


10. What is included in this program?
We provide balance bikes and ArtcycleKids safety helmets for each student during our sessions. Additionally, each student receives an ArtcycleKids

t-shirt, which we welcome the kids to wear during our cycling session.


11. What am I supposed to bring?
Ensure your child wears comfortable clothing, including leggings, shorts or pants, to protect their legs during the sessions.


12. Why should my daughter wear leggings or pants?
We recommend leggings or pants for comfort and safety. They protect your child’s legs during falls and make it easier for them to move freely while riding.

13. Can I purchase a balance bike for my child? 
Yes, you can purchase a balance bike for your child. We can make the right
recommendation for younger children or those who are just starting out, as they help build balance and coordination without the need for training wheels.

14. Do I need a bicycle and helmet? 
No, we provide bikes and helmets for your child.

15. When can I cancel the enrichment program? 
You can cancel your child’s participation in the program by providing notice by the 15th of the month. This allows us to offer the spot to another children.
